Wriothesley Leaks – Abilities
Wriothesley is set to become a powerful addition to Genshin Impact’s character roster, boasting a combination of HP-based skills and powerful Cryo damage. The character’s abilities have been leaked, providing insight into his playstyle and potential synergies with different team compositions.
Below, we break down his abilities based on the leaked information:
Wriothesley Normal and Charged Attack
Unlike most characters, Wriothesley fights by using his fists. His Normal Attack animations are stylish brawler-style combos. As for his Charged Attack, by consuming stamina, Wriothesley performs a leaping strike that deals with Cryo damage in a AoE upon landing.
Wriothesley Elemental Skill
Wriothesley’s Elemental Skill allows him to dash forward and enter a unique chilled state. This state increases his normal attack damage but consumes his HP with each hit. Furthermore, it grants him increased resistance to interruptions. To activate this unique state, Wriothesley’s HP must remain above 50% at the time of activation. This is the core of his playstyle.
Wriothesley Elemental Burst
Wriothesley’s Elemental Burst involves sending out five successive strikes in a large AoE in front of him. This is followed by a final, single large burst of damage covering a large AoE.
Wriothesley’s passive talents offer additional layers of complexity and power to his already unique playstyle:
Passive Talent 1
Charging attacks will not consume stamina and will instead grant health when Wriothesley’s HP drops below 60%.
Passive Talent 2
His Elemental Skill grants a special stack upon any increase or decrease in Wriothesley’s HP. This stack further enhances his attack damage, adding depth to his combat strategies.
Passive Talent 3
Wriothesley’s third passive talent grants players a 10% chance to receive double items when crafting weapon enhancement materials, offering a convenient bonus for item collection.
However, you should remember that leaked information is subject to change, and official announcements could alter his abilities and talents. Until then, fans can eagerly await the arrival of the 4.1 update to experience Wriothesley’s unique gameplay firsthand, alongside the potential addition of Neuvillette.
