These Terms & Conditions apply when you pre-order a product from Genshinbox.co. By placing a pre-order or back-order you are agreeing to be bound by these terms, so please read them carefully before you place a pre-order or back-order.

PLACING A PRE-ORDER

Pre-orders are orders for products that are not manufactured or not yet available for delivery. Back-orders are orders for products that were once available but now temporarily out of stock. Similar to any other normal order to place a pre-order or back-order, you will need to provide certain information, including but not limited to your name, address and billing information. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is accurate and up to date. If we do not have accurate information, we will not be able to keep you informed.

PAYMENT

Pre-order and back-order payments do not guarantee availability of the product but represent your offer to buy the product when it is released for sale. We reserve the right not to accept your offer and the your offer is only accepted once the pre-ordered or back-ordered product is dispatched.

When you place a pre-order or back-order you will need to pay the full price of the product. In case of failed pre/back-order, you will be fully refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.

CONFIRMATION

Just like other normal orders, you will receive a standard order confirmation after pre-ordering or back-ordering. You will also receive an notification e-mail when your pre-order or back-order is about to ship out to you.

SHIPPING

Where possible, orders will be shipped to you as soon as we can, subject to availability.

Release dates of pre-ordered items and restock dates of back-ordered items are all subject to change. Any expected delivery dates are subject to change due to the arrangement by supplier (official flagship store). As a result, we cannot be liable for any changes to release dates or pre-order/back-order schedules advertised by us.

CANCELLATION

Pre-orders and back-orders cannot be cancelled. When you place a pre-order or back-order, we create a reservation with the supplier for this order. It is not possible for us as the merchant to cancel the order with supplier.
